Michigan Animals

Students will choose an animal that lives or lived in Michigan. The animal can be a mammal, bird, fish, reptile or amphibian.Students will research using non-fiction books, the Internet, and encyclopedias to answer the following questions:

What is the habitat of my animal?
Is my animal a prey or a predator or both?
What does my animal look like? (color, size)
What food does my animal eat?

Run Time:  Due on October 29, 1999
Final Project: Diorama that answers the above questions and should use one example of electricity and pneumatics.
